Hello,

We have been developing in a Marketplace on the Prestashop platform, and it turns out that a couple of weeks ago the backen access credentials were deleted,
first when I try to login I get a credential error (image 1) and then when I try to recover my password it generates an error that says "This account doesn't exist" (image 2), I don't really know what could have happened. Also, since yesterday it appears to me that the page is under maintenance (image 3) and I do not know why,
we contacted AWS, which is where we are hosted and they told us to contact Prestashop. It would help me a lot if you could tell me why this is happening and how to solve it.
