Zendesk / helpdesk

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with integrating Zendesk with their Prestashop store?

I see there is a Zendesk module to do this - does this then replace the contact form on the website and customer service function in back office, or would I need to edit the contact form so it sends the messages directly to Zendesk instead? Do order messages also get sent to Zendesk too?

I have considered a few options such as Freshdesk and Zoho Desk but Zendesk seems to fit slighty better for me.

If anyone has any feedback or experience they could share  of the above that would be really helpful.
