UKclearancecentre Posted April 17, 2011 Share Posted April 17, 2011 I am using Moneybookers on my website running prestashop 1.4.017. I have a customer who has placed an order and 'paid' through moneybookers, there is the transaction info in the note section of the order, but the order is showing as 'Awaiting additional payment' and when i login to Moneybookers the payment doesn't show up. And i didn't i get an email from moneybookers for money received for this orderHas anyone else seen this problem with moneybookers i also use paypal on the site and never had this happen with that.Could it be someone is trying to hack the site to create an order without paying? UKclearancecentre Posted April 18, 2011 Author Share Posted April 18, 2011 I have had another order come through with this same status, I assume its caused by the customer cancelling the transaction at a certain point when paying with moneybookers. I don't know if its a problem with the prestashop plugin or moneybookers themselves. I have raised a support ticket with moneybookers to ask them for more info about those transactions, as i don't want orders being created until payment has been made Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
