the hat lady
I am doing my first prestashop. I have install 1.4 and have slowly worked my way around. I have loaded some products and customers (trial) and am in the testing stage. However when I have a customer buy and then decide to continue shopping or go back to Home all the home menu catalogue options disappear expect for the catalogue they customer has purchased from.I am perplexed. When I log out and later log in as that customer the only catalogue shown is 1 out of around 8.Has anyone else had this issue? How do I resolve it? tomerg3
It's very hard to understand the problem, I think a link to your site may help, or even some screen-shots.
the hat lady
I have attached screen shots. A normal page and a logged in page for this customer. screen shots.docx
tomerg3
Looks like you have have in a different customer group with access to only 1 category.
the hat lady
I have 4 groups set up and I have loaded two customers one under Friends and the other under employees, it happened to both. When I check the group set up the discounct is to apply to the whole group I have not selected any catagories. I just dont know how to change this. The menu showed up until I had product in the cart and decided to go back and shop some more or view other products.
tomerg3
For each category, you can select which groups can access it, check those settings (when you edit a category)
