berta recchia
I'm getting the order confirmation emails sent to customers blocked by some email providers like comcast and embark. My Ip and domain aren't in any blacklist.I was told to add a footer to follow "CAN-SPAM Best Practices for Compliance".First what's the difference between order_conf.txt and order_conf.html? Which on should I change to add the info below?Has any1 seen the need to add the below section to help with CAN-SPAM compliance?Example:You have received this Email because EXAMPLE COMPANY would like to offer you our services. To avoid future contact from EXAMPLE COMPANY, please e-mail [email protected], or reply to this e-mail with the word 'UNSUBSCRIBE' as the subject line of your message. Your request will be honored, we do not buy or sell email addresses. Our mailing address is EXAMPLE COMPANY, ADDRESS1, CITY ST 12345. Our Phone number is (888) 888-88888 (toll free). Thank You.Thanks.Presta 1.4.0.
tomerg3
the .txt file is used for the plain text version of the email, and .html for the html version....I have never seen that message before.

Does the shop send both text and html?I shold probably add that in both formats....I don't know what else to do to get my receipts delivered to customers.
