jtrlho Posted April 17, 2011 Share Posted April 17, 2011 HiWe have just upgraded our shop from PS 1.3.7 to 1.4.17. During the process we've encountered numerous of bugs. Most of them we have fortunately managed to fix with the help of various forums like this one.But there's one we simply can't crack and it's a fatal error. When creating new products in the back office we would like to add some images to the product. It worked flawlessly in 1.3.7 and previous versions but in 1.4.17 the images are not shown below the upload dialog and furthermore only one of the images are shown in the front office. Also it tried to display all of the uploaded images but it fails and just displays the URL in the front office - which is really ugly and completely useless for us.The converted products and images works perfectly but it's not possible to create new products with images.Has anyone encountered this as well and did you manage to find a solution?We sincerely hope for a solution or at least a workaround because our 1.3.7 store is shut down now because we have got so far in the process of upgrading to the new prestashop so we don't want to reopen the old store.Thank you kindly in advance.Best regards,Lars B. In the past the Prestashop team solved big issues of mine directly accesing via FTP my server, but it's necessary that you officially inform them.
