Config file ?

Where is the config file located, to change paths when the (PS)containing folder name is changed ?

edit:
i have just installed a new testing PS box on the server, and although the installer said "Installation is complete - Congratulations", and i set the permissions on the root PS folder (i named it 'catalog') to 777, deleted "install" folder and readme files and renamed the admin folder, i can't access neither Front nor Back office.
Front office:

Internal Server Error - The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Back office:

Oops! This link appears to be broken.

So i need to check the paths, but i dont know where the config file is to be found ??
config/config.inc.php doesnt seem to be what im looking for..
