diana13
One of my client said that even if she completed the address and phone number, she couldn't finalize her order because she receive a "Hack attempt, address->phone is empty". I've looked in db and the phone field is completed. How can I fix this issue? I still have 1.2.5 version I haven't time to upgraded

diana13
Yes, some other customers couldn't finalize their orders, but they didn't tell me what the error was, so I don't know if it was the same error.I can't remember if this starts happened when I've installed the "one check out" modules. Unfortunately, I've made some changes, but there was a while ago, so I don't remember what it was. I've posted today, because just today one client told me what error is.Still, when some of my customers told me that they could not finalize their orders, I've made several tries on my on, trying to put prestashop in some trouble to see where these errors appears. But whatever I've made, I could finalize every order I've made, from every browser, so I couldn't figured out what the problem is.Sorry for this long post, I hope you'll understand something from what I've wrote
tomerg3
Try to checkout using guest checkout, see if that does anything, I know the OPC module from canin.sk had many bugs in it.While OPC is important, it's not worth losing sales over, so you want to try and remove it, just make sure to backup your site beforehand. diana13
Guest checkout from 1.4 version? Well, I have to upgrade from 1.2.5 and I'm scarred, because I've modified a lot and now I should start over again. I was pretty anxious to see this 1.4 version, and now I'm afraid to make this upgrade
tomerg3
No, I mean the guest checkout in your OPC (if you have it enabled), or just try to ask this customer who reported the problem what steps they did exactly at checkout.
diana13
What is OPC? I don't find guest checkout anywhere.
diana13
The customer said that she completed all the fields from the "one page checkout" form and she cannot continue her order, so I suppose this erros appears when she want to continue the order, before the final step.
