Need to reload the shop product list for every periodical time

Hello,

I need to reload the prestashop shop product listing page for every 10 seconds. Because in background service I'm updating the product price for every 5 seconds. I'm working for jewellery site. In this site need to show the live price of gold and silver products. So for this I have created service to update the final price of all the products in background service. Now ps_product table price field will get update in background. But if I refresh then only updated price will get display in user page, I need to show the new updated price in page in any case without user do refresh manually. Is there possible to do this is ajax background or is there any other option available in prestashop default. Please help any one on this to complete.
