Best regards, Ronald Olivo Yes I did like this; 1-I reinstalled the version before the backups. 2-I did the Versiton upgrade 3-I went to the Localization -> Localization tab from the International menu. I chose 4-United kingdom and chose only language and currency. The download package option should be yes, then I pressed the import button. So I could enter without any error.

ronaldolivo
Hello Dtwfung and cornelm, (Thanks Erkan TEKGÜR) I just can run prestashop 1.7.7.0, this version gave me many problems, but I already have it running without problems. Primero debes colocar manualmente la muestra de errores y apuntarlos y luego regresar a tu versión anterior con tu backup y trabajar en corregir esos errores con tu versión anterior. Luego actualizar prestashop y con esto debería correr tu versión sin problemas. Cuando estes en tu versión atenrior ve a tu BO Advanced Parameters\ Information Levanta todas las observaciones de "List of changed files" Error 1 Quote Error Source : at src/Core/Localization/Currency.php:185 at PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Localization\Currency->getSymbol('en-US') 1-Reinstaler the version before the backups. Go to the Localization -> Localization tab from the International menu. Choose United kingdom and chose only language and currency. The download package option should be yes, then I pressed the import button. Repeat this process with the United States and any additional languages you work with. Update prestashop version 1.7.7.0 and repeat step 3 With this I solved this problem. Error 2 On the contact page the form disappeared and I solved it by changing a line that calls the form in the contact.tpl file I replaced those lines with this: {block name='page_content'} {widget name="contactform"} {/block} rute: \themes\your-theme\templates\contact.tpl If you need more help you can show me the errors of Debug mode. I speak better Spanish, hope you can understand me Regards.

Olll
I couldn't go in the BO because of that error. admin employee has EN lang but site has RO. For me helped these steps: 1) on DB change en-US (id1) to RO (default shop lang, id2) UPDATE `pseg_employee` SET `id_lang` = '2' WHERE `pseg_employee`.`id_employee` = 3; 2) After that remove EN lang in the International > Localization > tab Languages (maybe try just update lang pack without delete) 3) Import EN (in my case United states) language pack International > Localization > first tab 4) enable EN lang for admin employee. Best regards Edited January 10, 2021 by Olll (see edit history)
myfender
Sorry guys, a client of mine upgraded without backup and has this problem. Is there any way to restore by hand? Maybe by downloading the language and putting it in the folder? Or do you have to modify the DB? thank you
