Comment mettre à jour Prestashop 1.7.6.4 > 1.7.6.9

Bonjour,
Je n'ai jamais fait de mise à jour sur mon prestashop. J'ai téléchargé le module 1-Click Upgrade

Lorsque je rentre dessus, la liste est toute validée sauf : 
PHP's max_execution_time setting has a high value or is disabled entirely (current value: 300 seconds)
où j'ai un panneau danger orange

Si je lance l'upgrade j'ai les messages suivants :
