Link list misalignes header

When link list enabled then header is narrower as in first picture.

When link list disabled then header is aligned as it should be.

By inspecting the element it seems the cause of this is

col-md-6 {float: left; width: 50%;}

I unhooked the link list from the header, but it did not resolve the problem (with all PS and browser cache cleaned).

Where to find source of this problem and how to resolve it?

Finally just disabled the link list. Created my own with Creative elements. This is real treasure, you can build all your needed small design changes with this.
