Insert new tpl into header.tpl

Hi. Tried to put a extra links into topcolumn only for specific categories but inserting below code into header.tpl above breadcrums gives 500 error only.

{if $page_name !='index' && $page_name !='pagenotfound' && $smarty.get.id_category = 418 && $smarty.get.id_category = 420}

{include file="./new_code.tpl"}{/if}

What's wrong? Can someone give a direction?

Insert the following in your template to check if you are referencing the correct dir. 

{$smarty.current_dir}
