Tradeswiss Posted November 30, 2020 Share Posted November 30, 2020 Hi, When customers send a message from the "order history", it is correctly displayed in the backend/ "Customer service" but no e-mail is sent. All my emails seems to be configured correctly. Any idea why I don't receive emails (not in SPAM) ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
