Payment processing errors

Recommended Posts

I can't make any payments on my shop. All of the options return an error of some description. I've provided a detailed breakdown of each error below.

I recently set up PrestaShop Checkout 2.0 and my PrestaShop Checkout account and PayPal account has been approved, are available and have been enabled. Payments did not work prior to installation of this module either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Ben

Store website - bees.com.au

Version - 1.7.6.8

Example 1 - PROCEED TO CHECKOUT - Pay with a PayPal account

- I click "Pay with a PayPal account"

- I click the checkbox to agree to the terms of service

- I click the "Pay with PayPal" button

- A dialogue box appears in the same window appears (Please wait, we receive to payment)

- At the same time, a PayPal window pops up (refer screenshot below) but disappears after a second

Nothing happens after this.

Example 2 - PROCEED TO CHECKOUT - Pay by Card

- I click "Pay by Card"

- I enter a valid card number, expiry date and CVC

- I agree to the terms of services

- I click "ORDER WITH AN OBLIGATION TO PAY"

An error appears that states "Unexpended end of JSON input SyntaxError..." and then changes to "Processing payment error... Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema". Refer screenshot below (I've removed the card information).

I spoke to PayPal and they confirmed the issue is related to PrestaShop and not PayPal. They said if you go to my website and click on PayPal button, but open up Developer Tools/Console logs prior to see the error, it returns this:

Error: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Ben
