Error account.html.twig is not defined In Generate Mails

Hello i've a Windows/IIS installation with the configuration 

PrestaShop: 1.7.6.9 (fresh install)

PHP: 7.1.19

server: Microsoft-IIS/8.5 (Windows NT build 9600 (Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Edition) i586)

MySQL: 8.0.22

 

when I go to Design-> Email Theme-> Generate emails (as shown in the image attached) I get 500 error

Enabling the Debug mode I saw this error (also attached the image)

Template "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\XXXXXXX\mails\themes\classic\core\account.html.twig" is not defined.

In installation i've deleted the modern folder as suggested in others posts, because otherwise installation fails. But now it give the same error also in classic theme folder.

I've tried them all... any suggestions to solve?
