Incorrect discount percentage applied

Good morning,
in our e-commerce in prestashop we have set discount percentages based on the exceeding of certain price thresholds.
(under € 1000 the discount is 2%; from 1000 to 2000 the discount is 3%; and so on)

When we put a product in the cart, however, the discount displayed is not correct.

Do you know how to solve this problem?
