Fatal error in multiple places

Recommended Posts

Hello, I please need your help......

I have multiple issues with my website, it's Prestashop 1.6.1.24 and it was working fine, but now I am getting multiple problems/ issues with it.... on both the front and back end.

Front End:

  • Place and order and try pay by bank transfer, get this error message:   (This page isn’t working www.tombalinawines.cz is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500).
  • Register as a new client, hit resend my password, and get same error message (as above).

Back End:

  • Change an order's status to 'cancelled' - get the same error message (This page isn’t working www.tombalinawines.cz is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500).  I hit reload and it signs me out completely (as administrator). I sign in again and the order is cancelled, but I was sent no confirmation email.
  • No email notifications of new orders, new registered clients, etc.  I have checked my email configuration and they are all fine.  BUT I am getting a lot of spam emails through my website...... which is weird that the spam gets through but normal emails, activity doesn't come through....
  • I cannot access Modules/ Payments - get the same error message.

Any and all advice would be much appreciated.... this si driving me crazy! :)  I am not a programmer, so can't change code, etc.  But I need to get my site working again, as it is a live site.

Thanks so much

Heather

Enable DEBUG mode

Thanks for your reply, but I don't have the debug option in 1.6 version, it only has the two 'disable' commands, but no 3rd debud button.  And I cannot access the FTP files. Any other ways I can access the debug in 1.6...?
