PS 1.7.6.7 Employees accounts inaccessible

hello everyone

my problem today is for some reason none of my employee can access his account, in the back end when they enter their a email and password, it shows a error 500,  the same problem happen even for newly created accounts

i would appreciate if someone can help me solve this problem

when i enabled the the debug mode i got this error displayed,
