Modules Manager and Payment Methods Error

When open "Modules Manager" and "Payment Methods" the window won't open

The problem is recent, only from 2 days

It looks like you are getting a php error somewhere. 

Look for javascript and php errors. Have a look at the server's error log.

What you also can do is to look in your browser at the source code of the page. It may contain some error message or show code generation breaking off suddenly. 

Also: don't forget to turn debug mode on:

I followed these steps and I had 2 errors from a module I deleted.

Now I don't have any errors but it looks the same and the modules page and payment methods page don't open.
