scythetleppo
Hi, new set up here. Setting up first item. Everything has been smooth until now.I click the item, I fill out the form for the first page.I click the next tab, 2. Images(0) and then choose a file to upload and save it. The page refreshes and still says Images(0) and there is no image on the item itself on the store front view.I have tried multiple different images of different formats.I AM able to upload to the image mapping section. Please help. Dave L
Check your folder permissions, it's usually the culprit for this type of issue.
scythetleppo
I did check my permissions and they seem to all be correct. Can you be more specific of what directory to check for this process?Like I said too, uploading an image mapping works fine but uploading an image for a product doesn't. Dave L
The directory /img and all its subfolders should be CHMOD to
scythetleppo
Hi,This is a windows box. Here's the perms and it doesn't work:/img has everyone allowed full controll recursively. Every item inside of /img and /img itself has full control, read write, etc allowed for everyone. It still doesn't upload anything, it just says successful and refreshes the page, but there is no image and it still says Images(0)

scythetleppo
Never did get it to work. I went with a hosting provider and it worked there. So I guess this is closed.
