DanielSMIG
Hello, There has been a problem with the platform. After the customer has placed an order, we receive a list without customer information. (See screenshot) When you click on the order, I come to Error 500. We use Klarna Checkout. Could it be their module that is not syncing properly? We have tried placing an order with PayPal and it works flawlessly.
ZackatKlarna
Hi @DanielSMIG, we're happy to help out, but we'd need some more information. What version of PrestaShop, Klarna Official Checkout, and PHP versions are you using? Kind regards,
