Orderdetail Error for Admin

Hello,
There has been a problem with the platform. After the customer has placed an order, we receive a list without customer information. (See screenshot)

When you click on the order, I come to Error 500.

We use Klarna Checkout. Could it be their module that is not syncing properly? We have tried placing an order with PayPal and it works flawlessly.

What version of PrestaShop, Klarna Official Checkout, and PHP versions are you using?

We are using Prestashop v1.7.6.2 and Klarna v2.1.35. PHP v7.2.

The strange is that when i try to create an order (as a customer), and that works. But not when a customer creating a order.

I also attached a video of whats happening in admin when I enter one of the customer order (that didn't work)
