error 500

Hi, Hope you can help me.

Our shop stopped working on the 9 Nov. Error message is below.

I have reviewed all other options in the forums. Is it a server config ussue or something else. What do I need to ask my hosting provider to do?

Appreciate any help.

Thank you for your reply. Yes the server meets all of those requirements. It has only just stopped working a few days ago after running fine for years.

It looks like we are running with Prestashop 1.6.1.2

I think your hosting has change the PHP version. Please check to version and compare to above posted PHP requirement chart
