Create a front office page with Prestashop module

Hi, I'm completely lost and I have no idea where to look. I want to create a very simple module that displays "hello world" on https://my-web.com/hello-world in Prestashop 1.7.6.

I know that to set the pretty URL I have to go to the "SEO and URL" part of back office and set it up there, but I can't find any functional tutorial that will help me with setting up a module. I'm lost in naming and directory conventions of modules and only tutorial I was able to find was in Spanish and not working properly.

Do you have any tips on where to find more info about this topic? Or is there anyone with a really simple module, that only displays one page?
