We cannot add a new employee

Hi Forum Prestashop friends,

 

After we click on save after we add a new employee, we get "Oops! An Error Occurred"

 

we use a 1.7.6.8

i do not now for sure how to add download the error log from debug mode bud i have copie this for you:
