today we Only selling in sweden.

but we whant even sell to norway.

but i whant to have 1 page for Sweden customer and one for norway with different price. shipping. tax.

is there a easy way of doing this.

First of all, Shipping and Taxes are no problem at all, yes you can do that. 
Regarding Prices, do you sell in Euros in both countries? Or in Norwegian Krone and Swedish Krona? If the 2nd is the case, then it's simple. If you sell in EUR in both countries, then it's a bit more complicated. Euros has a set Rate, but you could do one of the following: Products -> Pricing -> Specific Pricing there you can set different countries' prices. However, updating prices is quite difficult then. Other options would be setting up Multistore or creating a new currency, labeling it as EUR. I am not sure if that works; I haven't tried it.  If it works, you could set your predefined Exchange Rate.  Or you search for a Module that offers what you are looking for.
