rajdeeporb
Hello, Firstly migrated my prestashop store(version 1.6.X) from live to staging under a sub domain directory with php version upgrade from 5.6 to 7.4, As you know very well that prestashop 1.6 doesn't work on php version 7.4 so we have to upgrade it to 1.7.x version to be working on php 7.4 version. But unfortunately, after doing manual upgradation the prestashop store is not working. Even though i tried to check error logs but its showing: [Thu Nov 05 05:27:57.116156 2020] [core:error] [pid 2582:tid 139840944219904] [client 103.212.158.242:57954] AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer: https://www.staggingnew.jirastrategy.com/store/ Also i reverted on below ticket as it seems very similar to my issue but seen that your community haven't reverted on the same so please see my issue on priority. Prestashop 1.7.6 is only compatible until PHP 7.2! Don't forget to delete /var/cache after PHP version change

musicmaster
A redirect loop is often caused by problems with the SSL configuration. Try disabling SSL.

musicmaster
You can also try to delete .htaccess.
