Display customer "customer messages" indicator on "Orders" tab (ps 1.7.2.4)

Hello,

I am trying to display a "customer messages" bool (yes/now - if the order has a message or not) in the order list of PS 1.7.2.4. I have tried to follow the same pattern as "New customer" column, but sadly without success. Does anyone know how to do this and what files need to be modified besides AdminOrdersController.php ?
