Prestashop Back office - Filters does not work anymore

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Since a couple of days, I've an issue in my back office.

I can't use the filters on my tables anymore (as orders or clients, etc).

For example, if I want to only see orders in a specific status, I select the status in the dropdown, there is a quick refresh and nothing happens (I still see all orders).

There was no change at my side.

I don't know what to do or who to ask.

Can you please help?

Thank you

Angela

Hello, thanks for answering, my version of prestashop is 1.7.6.7 and previously I had 1.7.6.6,  Although, this error was curiously caused when we changed the cookies sime site = None

Try to logout and login again (This will remove sessions, data of filter will be saved in session)

Hi, search in the database not in the folder !!!

I wrote in the database to find a table.

Check the ps_admin_filter table in the database.

You don't know where your database is?
Contact your developer.

Hello, I am in the database, although I do not think it is the problem, I do not see anything irregular, also the filters work in a normal way in firefox but not in other platforms like Chrome

You have to write straight away that you are using Chrome.
In the forum and on the Internet, you will find a million warnings that PrestaShop in Chrome does not work 100%, because Chrome cannot process JavaScript.

Filtering in PrestaShop 1.7 works by reading a filter from the ps_admin_filter table into a cookie and sending it to JavaScript for processing, which then uses filtering in twig files.
I simplified the explanation.
