Order Confirmation Mail Layout Issue

Hi,

I need help. I'm a newbie in coding, Prestashop, everything. I've been trying to find solution for almost 1 week, but still failed.. T-T

All other email templates are working perfectly except for the order confirmation email.

Issues:

1. The layout on email looks perfect at BO (translations - email) but when the email sent, it does not look the same.

2. The shipping details, and the rest of the information at the bottom goes beyond their designated white area. The only part of the code I've changed is the message box. I have other emails that have a large content but are working fine, except for this email.

3. The order summary table also gone haywire. The row for the products were placed above the table header, when I didn't even touch any code on that part. T-T

Does anyone know how to fix these?

I had the same problem when updating prestashop. You actually only need to edit the html from "order_conf". I've (attached and) done a little tweaking of the default files here. Maybe you can use it if you find it difficult to edit.
