Error 404 pagenotfound not showing in stats

Hello.

On the stats page, I can see some online visitors hitting pagenotfound. I have tried to check the Page not found section of the Stats to see what pages my visitors are trying to get, but the "page not found" stats page is empty.

Here is an example of what its showed on the Online visitor page:

 

But on my "page not found" stats there is no reference to that hit, its empty:

 

After some research I found that my .htaccess file has this line:

and the instructions on the "page not found" stats page says that I need to include the line: "ErrorDocument 404 /404.php", but the file 404.php doesn't exists on my Prestashop installation.

I have Prestashop 1.7.6.8

Any suggestions?
