Hmm, its rly hard to tell whats wrong like this, i see no changes. Classic checkout is doin same thing (5 step)? When did it stop working? I woud try upload default templet file for opc or address im not sur im not using opc (leaving from work-gona check from home) (i didnt see post with Knowband module - this will be cuilprit imho - unsitall it )
