Style102
I'm using PrestaShop Checkout (Addon) to connect my store to my paypal account. I received an alert: Unfortunately, credit card payments cannot be processed for you at the moment. You will be able to reapply after 90 days. In the meantime, you can still receive payments via PayPal. My credit card on my paypal account has verified. I don't know where the problem came from. Please anyone tell me how to resolve the problem. Thank you! Dilton
Hello, I am having the EXACT same problem. Prestashop 1.7.5.2, Prestashop Checkout module 2.0.6 Tried prestashop support, just got the standard "talk to paypal" treatment. But I think it's the module's problem because everything is fine with my paypal merchant account. Hell, although the module reports this problem, my eshop can accept credit cards (through the prestashop checkout module!) but because the module thinks there's a problem, I am charged with standard paypal fees and not the advertised lower ones (which is why I installed the module in the first place!!!). In my third message to prestashop support, I asked how can the problem be that my paypal account has a limitation (as they say), when their own checkout module let's me accept credit cards (just doesn't charge me with their advertised fees)!?! No answer.. Would appreciate any help from prestashop (or other).. Thanks Edited October 31, 2020 by Dilton Added Software Versions (see edit history)

El Patron
for account issues, you need to contact PAYPAL directly, i.e. CC intake enablement.

michylee
Unfortunately, they couldn't solve the problem and... i was forced to stop using their module. I use the "classic" Paypal one! 1
