Smetvrees
Smetvrees
ik heb 2 cart rules - voor kortingscode.. (dat zou dan plots problemen geven ?) - enkel voor customer catalog price rules = leeg Edited October 27, 2020 by Smetvrees (see edit history)
Alexandra Kold
Hi, Have you managed to solve the case? If not, is it the dicount displayed on the front end -10% or is it the reduced price by 10% (was 100% and became 90%)? Store Manager works directly with PrestaShop db, so if you think you activated the discount with it, then there should be the corresponding actions performed in the software like creating the discount via Mass Changer and posting it to the store. Maybe you've set up any autoimport tasks recently with something similar? That can be run on schedule. You should also check the server for this. Maybe your co-workers made some changes you do not know about? If so,you can set up an Access Management to allow certain actions for employees.
