Send me an email when the quantity is below or equals this level not working

The option "Send me an email when the quantity is below or equals this level" in Product . I put the value in "Low stock level" but when the product quantity drops below the value it does not sent email notification. The team member has Administrators rights so I suppose it should have to receive this kind of notifications. By the way, the option "Out of stock" in Mail Alerts module is working but this is not good as I need low stock alerts on different quantities for each product.
