How to set up my shop to generate Budget Estimates instead of selling products. Reservation module?

Hi,

We need to change our web strategy due to our low stock frecuency (we import just a few items at a time) and the dificulty on shipping some of our furniture.
Therefore we're trying to set up our Prestashop so instead of having a real shopping process (where you end up paying for the items plus the shipping), our clients can browse our catalog, select the producs they want and generate a Budget Estimate that we will review and authorize.
Right after that, we check our stock, get the best shipping quote for them and message our client back (ideally using Prestashop message system).

We've been able to keep our stock hidden and still allow the clients to view our products but we don't know how to block the payment options until we review and authorize the order.

Is there a module for that?
I read about one called Reservation module?
Have you got any experience with it?

Yes, we finally found a module that met our requirements.

We used one meant for restaurant table reservations so had to customize it a bit (adapting the words to our furniture shop).

It's called something like RESERVATION.

Como originalmente era para hacer reservas de mesas en restaurantes tuvimos que cambiarle los textos un poco para adoptarlos a nuestra tienda de muebles.

De hecho creo que se llamaba algo así como RESERVATION.

Se ajusta muy bien a lo que busca mi cliente. Es un nicho de mercado completamente distinto, pero es perfecto. Cómo se llama el módulo? es comprado o desarrollado? Es gratis o de pago?

 

Por otra parte. Me ha gustado mucho la plantilla, limpia, sencilla y muy clara. Me ha recordado a alguna de Magento. Sólo un detalle. Los combo de selección en el registro tienen el color de fuente blanco (igual al fondo), con lo que a primera vista no se ven las letras si no se pasa el ratón por encima.

¿puede ser tablereservation?. Os lo adjunto. Yo necesito un modulo como éste pero que se pueda definir y acotar los horarios de reserva según fechas, porque este modulo permite reservar a la hora que le de la gana al cliente, como si quisiera reservar mesa a las 2 de la madrugada de un domingo.

Can be tablereservation?. I attached it. I need a module like this but that I can define and limit the reserve schedule by date, because this module can reserve at the time pleases the customer, as if to reserve a table at 2 am on a Sunday .
