Update PS 1.6.1.6 to new version 1.7.3.2

1. They don't write anything about configuration files. Overwrite, not overwrite, only move the database configuration?

2. I get an error in the database update step:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'PrestaShopBundle\
\Install\\Upgrade' not found in /[...]/httpdocs/install/upgrade/upgrade.php on line 42

Recommended way is to use 1-click-upgrade module
https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/keeping-up-to-date/upgrade/#1-click-upgrade-module

Please note that 1.7 has completely different architecture, so you need to renew your theme and most of the modules. Before upgrading it is better to switch to default theme and deactivate non-standard modules.
