kdash1228 Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 When I submit a refund via Paypal, PrestaShop automatically changes the status to Cancel, adds the Refund transaction in the Payment section, and updates the Product section. But, PrestaShop still thinks that the Customer owes the full amount. Am I processing this refund incorrectly or is this a bug? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
