413 Error: Can't Edit any Emails

Hello and greetings to all,

I've been using Prestashop for almost 3 weeks now and Although almost everything else is working smoothly in my store so far but I can't seem to get around this error in the translations page.

The below message is displayed whenever I try to edit the email body or text or even just click on save in the email translations page. 

I've tried multiple methods and even maxed out the php server configurations (with the user.ini file and through cPanel as well) but I still receive this error and can't edit any email text or html body.
