URL seo writes an extra directoy ---SOLVED----

Just upgraded to 1.4 and now I can not load certain product pages.. Just says " We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available "

I think this is because Friendly URL is doing this:

http://www.boilerreplacement.net/store/store/10-energy-monitors

It adds an extra store directory in the URL.

How do I rectify this??

I just needed to leave "Shop domain name " blank under Back Office > Preferences > SEO
