Emails are being shown as sent in the prestashop dashboard but not received by the user mailbox . Tried both PHP Mail() and smtp but till not receiving .

I am trying to setup smtp without encryption but i am not getting 'none' option in the drop down . Only option getting is SSL / TLS and Pole .
Please help how can i get None option encryption
