Custom Page for every parent Category

I am creating an ecommerce site for a clothing store, the menu is as follows:

- Man

    - Hoodies

    - Shoes

    - Bags

- Woman

    - Pants

    - Shoes

    - Bags

I would like to edit the menu so that when the user clicks on the parent node "Man" or "Woman" he would be redirected to a custom page created by me instead of the classic page that shows all the products of the parent category. For example when they click on Man they are redirected to localhost:8888/man instead of localhost:8888/6-man
