SEO: How to show JSON "InStock" when main product is out of stock but product combinations are available

is it possible to modify the code in order to show JSON "In Stock" when main product is out of stock but product combinations are available?

in order to show "available" (in Google Serp) the single product with a lower price than packs you are really selling, as combinations

only solution found: 

on file product-prices.tpl change 

<meta itemprop="availability" content="{$product.seo_availability}"/>

with

<meta itemprop="availability" content=" InStock"/>

other suggestions?
