Hide category with restricted access

I created a sub-category that must be hidden for certain groups. I selected the groups that can see the category but everybody can see it. Those who don't have access to the category cannot go to the product page but they can see the product (on the category page). I want to completely hide the product (and the category) from them.

Them being able to see those products cause two problems: First, they see the product so they try and contact us to buy it even though they cannot. Second, they get frustrated because our eshop seems to have issues... I need those products to be completely hidden and not just unaccessible.

Furthermore, in the sidebar on the left, where customers can see and select categories and subcategories, they can even see the categories to which they have no access... That is a problem as well !
