ballashop Posted October 5, 2020 Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hi, When I create an order using a customer's abandoned cart (sometimes we do it to help customers), when I send the link to the customer to show the products cart, the customer finds it empty! The order is created without problems, but this situation does not make navigation on the site friendly. More information: when I click on the link to verify, the cart has the products inside, while the link sent to the customer email shows an empty cart. Thanks for any reply. B.
