juanrojas Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 The email that reaches the administrator for a new order comes to us with a different reference (we have changed the reference with a module (Customize Reference in orders)) customer email: https://prnt.sc/uqrju5 administrator email: https://prnt.sc/uqrkvg in the administrator we see it as we want https://prnt.sc/uqrlcj the variable is the same in the two emails https://prnt.sc/uqrme8 In conclusion: it only fails in the administrator's email, it is taking the old configuration of the references Can someone tell me where to look?
