Hello community, I recently decided to create a shop with Prestashop.

Hosting provider: webgo

Everything was fine until I installed / activated the SSL certificate on webgo. Now the shop is no longer accessible and I can no longer make all the settings in the dashboard. I also reinstalled Prestashop with a new database, it ran without any problems, but the error persists. As I said, only since I activated the SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt).

www.example.de has forwarded you too often.

Delete your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Cookies and cache have already been cleaned up, and the shop cannot be accessed via other browsers either. I have already spoken to the webgo service, all servers run cleanly.
