Email "new order" not sent

Hi,

I have a problem with my new website using Prestashop 1.7. (Sorry if I am not in the correct forum)

The emails are correctly sent, and I and my clients receive them, exept for the last order. The "new order" email, sent by the mail alert presta module, was not sent at all (it doesn't appear in "advanced parameters > emails"). The new order from the previous order has been sent (but it was month ago, as it is a very recent private shop, there are only a few orders). The conf email was sent to the client.

Does anyone has/had any similar issue ? I google and forum seached but every similar topics is not exactly my problem (all emails are in spam, or none emails are sent...).

Maybe it was just a 1 time issue (server issue eq ?), but Id like to be sure I won't miss the next order if I dont get the email.

The easiest way is to create your own order, turn on debug mode and then solve.
More Prestashop functions and, for example, the functions of third-party modules participate in sending e-mail.
This way we can only guess what is causing the problem.
