My tiny shop is a hobby since 2010 fleetmicro.com I just sell repair options for fishing buzzers and I'm 69 yrs old with no web it ability. Recently, I've been getting messages from customers complaining that they can't register..... I tried to register using my wife's details and sure enough, when I click 'submit' up pops the error ' 01 an error occured while creating your account'. How can I trace what has happened to my application? From what I can see, people have been able to register up until July 2020 I have a backup dated 2019 but how do I restore to that backup, if that's the only option to fix the problem? I did try to upgrade a few years ago but gave up because I'm web illiterate. Good at electronics, not a lot else.Someone else set the site up back in 2010....
