Price without tax not using correct decimal separator

I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.7 with the default Classic theme. Prices with tax are displayed the correct way, e.g. €20,50 (a comma as a decimal separator and 2 decimals.)
I've also included the price without tax on the product page, but this is displayed as €20.5. What do I need to edit so prices without taxes are also using a comma as decimal separator and 2 decimals?

I've added "{$product.price_tax_exc}" in the product.tpl template to add the price without tax.
